Practicalities.

Trenemere comfortably accommodates a party of eight, offering four well-appointed bedrooms. On the second floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a luxurious super king-size bed. The remaining three bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor. One of these boasts two single beds, another features a splendid super king-size bed, and the fourth offers a comfortable double bed.

Your stay includes luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen, and each guest will have the use of a hand towel and bath sheet (changed weekly)

Arrival is 4pm and departure is 10am

You’ll be contacted and invited to check in if the property is ready any earlier than the stated arrival time.

Private parking for 2/3 vehicles is available in the driveway. Access is via an electric gate. The gateway opening is 4.3 metres wide. There is a slight ramp on the right side of the driveway.

The property also has the benefit of an electric vehicle charging point.

A damage deposit of £150 will be pre-authorised prior to arrival.

Trenemere welcomes two well behaved dogs at additional cost of £35 per dog per stay/week. *Dog welcome bag included

    We had a fantastic long weekend at Trenemere in the heart of Padstow. The photographs of the place were exactly how it was when we arrived no surprises at all. Padstow Escapes are very professional and made the booking and arrival very easy. This house has been modernised to a very high standard with no expenses spared. We used the Rick Stein chip shop, excellent cod, haddock and sea bass. The ferry across to Rock for The Mariners was very easy to use and we also walked to Polzeath. Our favourite bar was the Harbour Inn with live music on the Friday and Sunday. Thank you Padstow Escapes we had a great weekend.
