Family run holiday letting agents. Our aim is to make letting your property simple and stress free. Happy guests = happy owners!
Our qualified in-house accounts Managers, handle all the company finances. While being experts with numbers, they also act as a friendly contact point for any questions you might have.
They bring a wealth of experience in the field of finance and accounts, including a Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance from The University of the West of England.
24 Hour Call Out.
We offer a 24 hour call out service for our guests should they require assistance during their stay. Should there be a problem that requires to be rectified, we will do our upmost to resolve the issue over the phone free of charge. However should the problem continue and we are unable to resolve, we will contract the required engineer to resolve the problem immediately for our guests.
Guests will have our contact details provided in the digital welcome folder should they require our services.
Housekeeping.
Our property management team pride themselves on outstanding attention to detail and commitment to upholding our company standards; continually striving for perfection. They ensure every aspect of your property’s management is running efficiently.
Our property managers are on hand behind the scenes organising anything and everything our guests may need during their stay.
Maintenance.
Our team is always on hand to help both our guests and owners with any jobs required no matter how big or small. With a wealth of experience in property refurbishment and maintenance between the team, including a wide range of skills from electrical, carpentry, building, plastering, to kitchen and bathroom design and installation, painting and decorating and hot tub maintenance (to name just a few)!
Refurbishment.
Our team along with our trusted trades have a wealth of experience in property refurbishment and maintenance. If your holiday home requires refurbishment prior to welcoming your first guests our team can undertake full project management, ensuring your project is delivered on time and to our exacting standards.
Marketing.
Heading up our-in house marketing team is our marketing manager, taking care of all aspects of property acquisition and promotion. They are responsible for maximising property promotions across various strategies for owners. With a wealth of academic and professional experience including a degree in Marketing & Graphic Design from The University of Plymouth.
