Covid 19 Booking Policy

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These booking conditions describe our policies and procedures in respect of the Covid19 pandemic. Please read them carefully when you make a reservation with us (whether by e-mail or telephone). Once a booking has been made you will be deemed to have accepted them.

In the event of a National Lockdown and you are not permitted to travel for purposes of a holiday or stay overnight away from home, guests will have the following options available:

  • Transfer your holiday to a new date in 2022 (we will waive our amendment fee) If your chosen dates are priced higher than that of your previous booking you simply pay the difference, if they are priced lower, we will refund the difference.

  • We can issue a credit voucher for the amount previously paid for your booking, to use against your future holiday, to take place before the end of 2022.

  • Receive a refund minus the booking fee. *not applicable to bookings whereby credits have been raised or previously applied.

We will contact all customers who we believe may be affected by these restrictions and are due to travel during any periods of National Lockdown.

Tier level restrictions

For all guests living in a Tier 1 area, you are permitted to travel and our normal Terms and Conditions apply.

For all guests living in a Tier 2 area, you are permitted to travel but you must follow Tier 2 rules if you travel to a Tier 1 area.

For all guests living in a Tier 3 or 4 area, as you are not permitted to travel we are able to offer the following options:

If we (Padstow Escapes and our holiday accommodation) find ourselves in a National lockdown or in a Tier level restriction whereby we are not permitted to open, we are able to offer the above options for your holiday or a refund minus the booking fee.
